It's Frogs vs. Toadies
The New Political Paradigm
On Twitter, the narrative fracturing which has occurred only continues. Commentators on the right-hand side of politics find it increasingly difficult to parse what on earth is going on. There are arguments and discord which increase almost daily about Trump’s decision-making capacity, the perceived corruption & lack of transparency in his administration. These arguments continue apace, even as there is no linguistic framing to describe what is happening.
My OGC brother Charlemagne wrote an article series about this whole phenomenon on the OGC Substack account, the most recent of which you should check out at your leisure here. In that series, he uses the linguistic dichotomy of “patriots” & “hardliners” to describe the two positions within the broad camp that once was known as MAGA. The term “maroon” which sounds phonetically similar to moron, has also been employed to describe the camp of Fuentes or other red-brown types.
How can this conflict possibly be explained to those not on Twitter? Well, it’s pretty simple, actually. It is a breakdown over time between those who hold personal loyalty to Trump over every other consideration, & those who were loyal to MAGA as an ideal.
What even is MAGA, anyway? It seems unclear now. So, it is necessary, once again, to state in bullet-point format & in simplistic clarity for posterity what I believed MAGA meant:
1. Restriction of foreign immigration to the United States back to pre-1965 levels.
2. Foreign-policy restraint with no new foreign wars in the Middle East.
3. The return of industrial production to the United States.
4. Last but not necessarily least, a return to more conservative social norms.
Four simple policy goals. That’s it. Does this really make me a “hardliner”? Or, rather, aren’t these the original policy positions of Frog-twitter?
These “patriots” think that MAGA means personal loyalty to Trump and nothing else. They are sycophants of the higher order. They cannot be convinced with reason or fact. They will support the dear leader even as he makes decisions that are completely contrary to what MAGA originally stood for in policy terms. We initially saw some separation & disagreement with them over intervention in Venezuela. This was not necessarily damning in & of itself, as that military operation was successful. No-one wants to be that guy who criticizes when an operation goes smoothly. Plus,
Venezuela is in the U.S. sphere of influence even by Monroe Doctrine standards. Also, Maduro is a communist anyway, so the RWers didn’t really have much reason to complain. However, it’s pretty clear that Venezuela was Hegseth’s operation to get the U.S. military’s mojo back. This was a prelude to something else, & that something else was war with Iran.
Iran really is the breaking point. Trump broke a campaign promise over this. Trump absolutely should know better: the buck stops with him & him alone. Therefore, he alone is to blame for any loss of support he might have for entering into a war at Israel’s behest.
Trump was absolutely aware of the effect this might have, he is on record making statements about how disastrous our interventions in the Middle East have been. Which simply proves one point: we did not betray Trump, Trump betrayed himself.
Were we loyal to Trump because once upon a time he told funny jokes? NO!
Were we loyal to Trump because he posted bangers on the timeline? NO!
Were we loyal to Trump because he wore a trucker hat? NO!
We were loyal to Trump because he as a leader represented the prospect of a return to an America which we have living memory of. An America which is strong, prosperous, & internally united as one people. Those people are the true, Heritage American people who founded, fought for, & settled this continent. Those people, long betrayed by USG, have been used for tax cattle & cannon fodder purposes to sustain an empire which no longer benefits us. We lonely sons are the Frogs of Twitter & 4Chan. We are the barbarians from the ether of Gamergate here to enact righteous vengeance on those who have unjustly stolen our inheritance. We desire the destiny of our people to be returned firmly back into our own hands. So long as Trump embodied that vision, we gave absolute loyalty. Let it be said, we understand that he is but a man, & since men are flawed, any mistake on his part would & should be forgiven. But he has allowed himself to be distracted & diverted from those goals. Since there has been no correction, we owe nothing. No further loyalty at all.
At best, Trump himself can hope for two fates: on one hand, he can be a lame duck until January 20, 2029. On the other hand, he might be impeached once more by a hostile Congress. If impeached, the lack of support that he once had will mean that he will possibly be convicted. Thus, the system will dispose of him in a manner which will ensure the final destruction of his legend. Perhaps he has become an American Rienzi?
Let us conclude with clarity: those who find themselves agreeing with Israel on foreign policy have nothing in common with us, even should they wear a MAGA hat. Even if they “posted the frog” on occasion. Despite any external similarity, they have no unity with our faction, the true Frogs. There is only one word to describe adequately those who find themselves at disagreement with the interest of “real Americans” who support MAGA:
TOADIES.

Banger
Stupid post with naive and incorrect analysis. The "hardliners" are speed running irrelevance and schism because they are addicted to being "dissident" rather than caring about winning in real life.
If you were confused about what Trump believed about Iran, that is your fault for not being informed. It's really surprising that people who pride themselves on political theory and analysis don't understand the basic dynamics between the American Empire, China, Russia, Europe, the oil trade, and tons of other basic and fundamental realities that impact Americans every day.
Trump is actively dismantling seats of left power, and you can't see it because your side has seized on Israel derangement syndrome.
